The Reptile Centre was built around a simple belief - Reptiles deserve to be understood and cared for properly. We are passionate about reptiles, not simply as animals to keep, but as an incredible part of the natural world and a hobby that brings people together.

Our goal is to build a reptile organisation that brings together exceptional animals, responsible reptile keeping, education, community, and conservation under one roof!

Building something for reptile keepers

The Reptile Centre is also about people. We want to create a place where experienced keepers, newcomers, and people simply fascinated by reptiles can feel part of something. That means providing healthy animals, quality products, honest advice, and genuine support - But also building meaningful relationships with the people who share our passion.

A Different kind of reptile experience

Our long term vision extends far beyond retail. We are working on creating an immersive reptile experience where people can encounter reptiles in naturalistic environments that capture something out of the wild. An experience that will leave someone who never cared about reptiles walking away and thinking that these animals are incredible.

The health and welfare of our animals is at the heart of everything we do. We strive to maintain high standards of husbandry and care, while continually learning and improving as keepers. Whether an animal is part of our personal collection or being responsibly placed with a keeper, we want it to receive the care it deserves.

Selling a reptile carries responsibility and our jobs certainly don't end when an animal leaves the door. We want to help keepers make informed decisions, understand the animals they keep, and succeed in the hobby for years to come.

Giving something back

As The Reptile Centre grows, so does our responsibility to give something back to the animals and the hobby that has made this business possible. Conservation is an important part of our long term vision. We want to contribute meaningfully wherever we can - From education and public awareness to responsible captive keeping and breeding.

Our ambition is not simply keeping reptiles, we want to help ensure there are reptiles to protect for generations to come.
