We want every purchase from The Reptile Centre to be simple, transparent and straightforward. Below you’ll find the key information regarding our products, reptiles, orders, shipping and returns.

🛒 Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before they are processed. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received and verified.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within South Africa only. A flat R199 delivery fee applies to orders requiring delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier.

🐍 Reptile Sales
All reptiles are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted and adequately prepared to keep the species they purchase

❤️ Live Animal Guarantee
We take care to package and prepare live animals appropriately for transport. Any issue with a live animal upon arrival must be reported immediately with clear photographic or video evidence.

↩️ Returns & Refunds
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect should be reported to us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate. Minor differences in colour, appearance or packaging may occur.
