Albino California King Snake

The California Kingsnake (Lampropeltis californiae) is a striking North American colubrid known for its contrasting bands and adaptability in captivity. The Albino morph results from a lack of melanin, removing the typical black pigmentation and producing contrasting white, cream, yellow and orange or reddish markings instead.

This juvenile male displays the bright colouration associated with the Albino variety, offering a vivid alternative to the species’ typical dark-and-white banded appearance.
