Sphagnum Moss

Natural Sphagnum Moss is a soft, highly absorbent moss that is ideal for creating humid microclimates in reptile and amphibian enclosures. Its excellent moisture-retaining properties make it particularly useful for humid hides and areas where additional humidity is required.

The long, fibrous structure of sphagnum moss allows it to hold moisture while remaining loose and well ventilated. It can be used inside humid hides, around enclosure décor, in naturalistic and bioactive setups, or as a moisture-retaining component when mixed with other suitable substrates.
